Piñata

Create the birthday invitation in two minutes, send it to the class chat and see who’s coming, their allergies and who picks them up. Families install nothing.

Create your child’s birthday invitation in two minutes, send it to the class chat and let families reply on their own. No paper lists, no 40 messages.

A BEAUTIFUL INVITATION

• 12 themes drawn by us: space, dinos, under the sea, football, unicorns, pop stars, pirates, safari, castle, racing, robots and rainbow.
• Date, time, place with a “Directions” button and your message.
• Send it by WhatsApp, as a picture, with a QR code or by copying the link.

FAMILIES REPLY WITHOUT INSTALLING ANYTHING

• They open the link in their browser, no account, no download. If they have Piñata, it opens in the app.
• They say whether they’re coming, which siblings come, allergies or intolerances and who picks them up.
• Plus your own questions: “Coming in costume?”, “T-shirt size”, “Staying for dinner?”… yes/no, options or text. And a free note.

EVERYTHING IN ONE LIST

• Who’s coming, who isn’t and who hasn’t replied.
• Allergies at the top, for the snacks.
• Who picks up each child and the answers to your questions.
• One-tap WhatsApp reminders for families who haven’t replied.

GROUP-GIFT KITTY (WITHOUT TOUCHING THE MONEY)

• Add your phone payment, IBAN or PayPal.me and the amount per child.
• Each family pays you directly and taps “I’ve paid my share”. You confirm it.
• Piñata never holds or moves money: it only notes who has paid.

PHOTO ALBUM AFTER THE PARTY

• Upload the party photos to a private album only visible with the link.

PRIVACY DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN

• A link of 16 random letters and digits, optional PIN and automatic expiry.
• Only you see allergies, with each family’s explicit consent, and they are deleted 7 days after the party.
• Everything else is deleted 30 days after. No ads, no tracking, no accounts.

PRICE

• Your first party is free, with 4 themes.
• “Full party” (one-off payment per party): all 12 themes, kitty, album and unlimited reminders.
• “Piñata Family” (yearly subscription): unlimited full parties all year for all your children.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your account settings.
