By downloading, installing or using Mood AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the App.

Mood AI is a personal wellness mobile application that:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.
Strictly prohibited:
Includes 1 free mood analysis. Additional use requires a Premium subscription.
Unlimited access to all analyses, history, AI assistant and advanced statistics. Available as monthly or annual subscription. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat. By subscribing, you also accept their terms.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your store account settings.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions or App Store → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Free trial: The 3-day trial activates only if you have not previously held an active subscription. After the trial, the full annual price is charged automatically.
Refunds: Subject to the refund policy of Google Play / Apple App Store. We do not handle refunds directly.
Mood AI is NOT:
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
Results are estimates based on visible facial expressions and may be inaccurate. They must not be used as the basis for health-related decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Basel1905 is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Images and messages you provide are yours. We claim no ownership over your content. By using the App, you confirm that:
All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos and content — are owned by or licensed to Basel1905. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license described in Section 3.
We strive to keep the App available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, updates or force majeure events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.
The App integrates third-party services including Google Gemini AI and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Acceso ilimitado a todos los análisis, historial, asistente IA y estadísticas. Disponible en plan mensual o anual. El plan anual incluye 3 días de prueba gratuita para nuevos suscriptores.
Los pagos se procesan a través de Google Play Store o Apple App Store y gestionados por RevenueCat.
Renovación automática: Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del vencimiento.
Cancelación: Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde Google Play → Suscripciones o App Store → Suscripciones. El acceso continúa hasta el final del período pagado.
Prueba gratuita: Los 3 días de prueba solo se activan si no has tenido anteriormente una suscripción activa. Tras la prueba se cobra el precio anual completo.
Reembolsos: Sujetos a la política de Google Play / Apple App Store. No gestionamos reembolsos directamente.

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Basel1905 no se hace responsable de daños derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso de la App.
Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual de la App — incluyendo software, diseño, marcas y contenido — son propiedad de Basel1905 o están licenciados a nosotros. Nada en estos Términos te otorga derechos sobre nuestra propiedad intelectual más allá de la licencia limitada descrita.
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los tribunales competentes de España. Los consumidores de la UE también pueden recurrir a: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Si alguna cláusula fuera declarada nula, el resto de los Términos continuará en plena vigencia.
