Stop Spain’s 400 sales calls

Since 17 October 2026 every sales call in Spain comes from a 400 number. Calla blocks them all, for free, with no ads and no account.
Since 17 October 2026, Spanish law requires every company that calls you to sell something to use a number starting with 400. Calla blocks that whole prefix, a million numbers, so those calls never ring. It is free and has no ads.
Blocking the 400 prefix is and will always be free. Calla Pro is a one-time purchase (not a subscription): community spam list, unlimited blocked numbers and blocking whole prefixes. Calla cannot block hidden numbers, and calls from abroad or from companies breaking the law do not use 400.
Calla is an independent app made by Basel1905 Studio. It is not an official app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or representing the Government of Spain or any public body.
iPhone: Settings › Apps › Phone › Call Blocking & Identification, and turn Calla on (the app takes you there). Android 10 or later: open Calla, tap Turn on and choose Calla as your caller ID & spam app.
Since 17 October 2026, companies calling you in Spain to sell you something must call from a 9-digit number starting with 400 (Law 10/2025). Customer service from your bank or utilities cannot use 400.
Calls from abroad or from companies breaking the law don’t use 400. Block those numbers in My blocks, report them so they join the community list, and with Pro turn on Community spam.
Add the number to Exceptions: it will always ring. On Android you can do it from the blocked call in History.
iOS blocks the calls itself and does not tell apps which ones it blocked.
Settings › Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. If it still doesn’t work, write to us.
