How do I get a tarot reading?
Open the app and choose a spread from the main screen. Tap your preferred reading type — Yes/No, Past-Present-Future, Love, Celtic Cross, Year Ahead, Shadow Work or Compatibility. Focus on your question and tap the card to reveal your reading. AI-generated interpretations are delivered instantly.
Which spreads are free?
The Yes/No and Past-Present-Future spreads are available for free. Premium spreads (Love, Celtic Cross, Year Ahead, Shadow Work, Compatibility) require a Tarot AI Pro subscription.
Does the app require an account?
No account or sign-up required. Your reading history is stored locally on your device. Tarot AI Pro unlocks all premium spreads and unlimited AI readings.
How do I subscribe to Tarot AI Pro?
Tap any premium spread or access the subscription screen from settings. Payment is handled securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tarot AI → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, contact Google Play support within 48 hours of purchase.
Does my subscription work on multiple devices?
Yes. Use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app settings and your subscription will be reactivated on any device using the same Apple ID or Google account.
My reading history disappeared.
Your history is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete all stored readings. We recommend noting important readings before uninstalling.
