How does it work?
Create a group in the app, add the people and share the link. Each person opens it, taps their name, chooses a 4-digit PIN and writes their wish list. When everyone is in, the organizer draws the names. Each person then sees who they give a present to.
Do the others need the app?
No. The link opens a web page where they can do everything. If they install Lacito, they can join with the same link and PIN.
I forgot my PIN
Ask the organizer to remove you from the group and add you again (your list is lost) or write to us.
Can the organizer see the pairs?
No. Nobody sees the full draw; each person only sees their own match.
Someone dropped out
The organizer edits the group and removes them. Changing the people or the exclusions cancels the draw, so draw again and tell everyone to look again.
Restore Lacito Plus
Settings › Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
Delete my data
Delete a group from its screen, or everything you organize from Settings › Delete my data. To delete your entry in someone else’s group, ask its organizer or write to us.

¿Cómo funciona?
Crea un grupo en la app, añade a las personas y comparte el enlace. Cada uno lo abre, toca su nombre, elige un PIN de 4 cifras y apunta su lista de deseos. Cuando están todos, el organizador hace el sorteo y cada persona ve a quién le toca regalar.
¿Los demás necesitan la app?
No. El enlace abre una página web donde pueden hacerlo todo. Si instalan Lacito, pueden entrar con el mismo enlace y PIN.
He olvidado mi PIN
Pide al organizador que te quite del grupo y te vuelva a añadir (se pierde tu lista) o escríbenos.
¿El organizador ve las parejas?
No. Nadie ve el sorteo completo; cada persona solo ve lo suyo.
Alguien se ha bajado
El organizador edita el grupo y lo quita. Cambiar las personas o las exclusiones anula el sorteo: sortead otra vez y avisad a todos para que miren de nuevo.
Restaurar Lacito Plus
Ajustes › Restaurar compras, con el mismo Apple ID o cuenta de Google con que lo compraste.
Borrar mis datos
Borra un grupo desde su pantalla, o todo lo que organizas desde Ajustes › Borrar mis datos. Para borrar tu parte en el grupo de otra persona, pídeselo a su organizador o escríbenos.
