The app
Fotocarnet makes ID, passport and visa photos at the size each document asks for, ready to print or to upload.
The checks
Fotocarnet checks the photo against the published rules of each document (size, head, background, light, expression). The office that issues the document has the last word: we cannot guarantee that a photo will be accepted. If you are not happy with a photo you can retake it free for 7 days.
Your own documents
If you create your own document, you are responsible for entering the sizes the issuer asks for.
Purchases
Fotocarnet has no subscriptions. You can buy one photo (print sheet, A4 and digital file of that photo) or every photo forever, both as one-time purchases charged to your Apple or Google account. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's terms.
Liability
Fotocarnet is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Basel1905 is not liable for indirect damages or for photos rejected by an issuing office.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers keep the rights granted by the law of their country.
Condiciones de uso
La app
Fotocarnet hace fotos de carnet, pasaporte y visado al tamaño que pide cada documento, listas para imprimir o subir.
Las comprobaciones
Fotocarnet comprueba la foto con las normas publicadas de cada documento (tamaño, cabeza, fondo, luz, expresión). La última palabra la tiene la oficina que expide el documento: no podemos garantizar que acepten una foto. Si una foto no te convence, la repites gratis durante 7 días.
Tus propios documentos
Si creas tu propio documento, tú eres responsable de poner las medidas que pide el organismo.
Compras
Fotocarnet no tiene suscripciones. Puedes comprar una foto (hoja para imprimir, A4 y archivo digital de esa foto) o todas las fotos para siempre, las dos como pago único en tu cuenta de Apple o Google. Los reembolsos siguen las condiciones de Apple o Google.
Responsabilidad
Fotocarnet se ofrece tal cual. En la medida en que lo permita la ley, Basel1905 no responde de daños indirectos ni de fotos rechazadas por una oficina.
Ley
Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española. Los consumidores conservan los derechos que les da la ley de su país.
