How do I print it?
Save the 10×15 sheet and order a 10×15 cm (4×6 in) print at any photo shop, self-service kiosk or pharmacy with photo printing. Print it at 100 %, without fitting or cropping, and cut along the marks.
The background is not perfect around my hair
Stand in front of a plain wall with light from the front, and keep your hair away from your face. The cleaner the original, the cleaner the cut.
My document is not listed
Use "Your own document" at the end of the list and enter the sizes from the issuer's website. It is saved for next time.
Restore my purchase on a new phone
Settings › Restore purchases, with the same Apple or Google account.
The camera does not open
Allow camera access: on iPhone Settings › Fotocarnet › Camera; on Android Settings › Apps › Fotocarnet › Permissions. You can also pick a photo from your library.

¿Cómo la imprimo?
Guarda la hoja 10×15 y pide una copia de 10×15 cm en cualquier tienda de fotos, máquina de autoservicio o farmacia con impresión. Imprímela al 100 %, sin ajustar ni recortar, y córtala por las marcas.
El fondo no queda perfecto alrededor del pelo
Ponte delante de una pared lisa, con la luz de frente, y aparta el pelo de la cara. Cuanto más limpia la foto original, más limpio el recorte.
Mi documento no está
Usa «Tu propio documento» al final de la lista y pon las medidas de la web del organismo. Se guarda para la próxima vez.
Recuperar mi compra en un móvil nuevo
Ajustes › Restaurar compras, con la misma cuenta de Apple o Google.
No se abre la cámara
Da permiso a la cámara: en iPhone Ajustes › Fotocarnet › Cámara; en Android Ajustes › Aplicaciones › Fotocarnet › Permisos. También puedes elegir una foto de la galería.
