Al usar Piñata aceptas estas condiciones. Piñata es un servicio de Basel1905 (España).
El servicio
Piñata permite crear invitaciones de cumpleaños, compartirlas por enlace, recoger respuestas de las familias, llevar un bote para un regalo conjunto (sin que la app toque el dinero) y compartir un álbum privado de fotos. Quien organiza es responsable de lo que escribe y de las fotos que sube, y se compromete a subir solo fotos de niños cuyas familias lo hayan permitido.
El bote
Piñata no es una entidad de pago: no recibe, guarda ni transfiere dinero. Los pagos se hacen directamente entre las familias, fuera de la app, y Piñata no responde de ellos.
Alergias
La información de alergias la escriben las familias. Confírmala siempre con cada familia antes de servir comida. Piñata no garantiza que sea completa ni correcta.
Compras
«Fiesta completa» es un pago único que desbloquea una fiesta. «Piñata Familia» es una suscripción anual que se renueva sola salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo desde los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple o Google. Los precios se muestran en la app antes de comprar. Los reembolsos los gestiona la tienda.
Uso aceptable
No uses Piñata para enviar contenido ilegal, ofensivo o publicidad. Podemos borrar fiestas que incumplan estas normas. Denuncias: contact@basel1905.com (respuesta en 24 h).
Responsabilidad
Ofrecemos Piñata tal cual, con el cuidado razonable. No respondemos de daños indirectos ni de lo que ocurra en la fiesta.
Ley
Se aplica la ley española, sin perjuicio de tus derechos como consumidor en tu país.

By using Piñata you accept these terms. Piñata is a service by Basel1905 (Spain).
The service
Piñata lets you create birthday invitations, share them by link, collect families’ replies, keep a group-gift kitty (without the app touching money) and share a private photo album. The host is responsible for what they write and the photos they upload, and agrees to upload only photos of children whose families agreed.
The kitty
Piñata is not a payment institution: it does not receive, hold or transfer money. Payments happen directly between families, outside the app.
Allergies
Allergy information is written by families. Always confirm it with each family before serving food.
Purchases
“Full party” is a one-off payment that unlocks one party. “Piñata Family” is a yearly subscription that renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple or Google account settings. Prices are shown before buying. Refunds are handled by the store.
Acceptable use
Do not use Piñata for illegal or offensive content or advertising. We may delete parties that break these rules. Reports: contact@basel1905.com.
Liability
Piñata is provided as is, with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect damages or for what happens at the party.
Law
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to your consumer rights in your country.
